Operating at the intersection of hardware, physics, algorithms, and real-time software, we build deeply integrated systems used by elite athletes and millions of amateurs worldwide. Our technology combines radar and vision-based tracking, advanced data processing, and applications across platforms, tracking billions of sports events every year. We are now seeking an SVP of Software Engineering to lead and scale our global software engineering organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sports technology. The role Based at one of the finest Innovation Centers in Denmark, you will lead an R&D software organization of 250+ engineers, which includes several different software departments working primarily across golf and baseball, and with developers in US football, football, and other sports. Trackman owns the full technology stack, from proprietary radar and camera systems to applications and global distribution, creating a uniquely complex and highly integrated platform. You will take ownership of one of the most advanced hardware–software platforms in global sports technology. You should expect around 20 travel days per year.
