The role Trading and alpha generation are at the core of what Lind Capital does. As Head of Trading, you will lead a team of approximately ten traders, quants, and analysts, and you will be a member of the company’s leadership team, jointly responsible for strategy delivery and overall company performance. You will be responsible for the performance of the trading team across topline generation, incremental strategy improvements, execution quality, and team development. Together with the leadership team, you will drive a continued journey towards more quantitative and model-based trading decisions, as well as growth into adjacent trading strategies.
