As our new Crewing Logistics Coordinator, you will be in charge of effectively allocating vessel crews and supporting various initiatives for our colleagues offshore. You will support the implementation of policies and procedures while supporting the development of systems in this realm, for both colleagues on and offshore. Your main tasks include: Coordinate the scheduling of vessel crews via electronic rotas so personnel are allocated effectively, ensuring manning requirements are met. Coordinate the booking of flights, rail tickets, hire cars and hotels for both vessel crew changes (and training courses where necessary). Assist the HR/ Head of Marine HR with the induction and initial documentation for offshore crew.
