As we continue to expand our R&D pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for drug discovery project leadership.As part of the Discovery Project Management team in Gubra’s Biotech unit, you will lead multidisciplinary drug discovery projects from hit generation to Development Candidate selection. Working closely with scientists and cross-functional partners, you will facilitate robust decision-making, create alignment across disciplines, and help transform scientific insights into differentiated drug candidates. As projects mature, you will play an important role in ensuring a seamless transition from Discovery into early Development.
