We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support our activities in our People & Organisation (P&O) team. As a student in the P&O department, you will be exposed to the dynamics of an investment enterprise from a people-perspective. The Role In this role, you will be working side by side with the P&O Team supporting all areas of the P&O department, from Talent Attraction and People Strategy to Rewards, Operations and People Analytics. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, and it is expected that you will be able to deliver operational detail and overview. You will provide general support to the P&O team, though with a primary focus on onboarding new colleagues.
