Impact Fund Denmark — Copenhagen — executive leadership role Impact Fund Denmark is Denmark's development finance institution, and we are scaling: our capital under management is set to grow to around DKK 45 billion by 2030. The organisation has grown quickly to get there, average tenure has nearly halved since 2023, and much of the People & Culture team is relatively new. Our focus in 2026 is to consolidate: to integrate new colleagues, strengthen our people processes and build leadership capability, including through a leadership development programme launching this year. Alongside our impact mission, we're also pushing to become an even more professional investment organisation — sharpening how we work, decide and deliver at scale. We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead the people side of that journey and build the foundation for the next stage of our growth. You will report to CEO and be part of the extended leadership team.
