RAPTOR aims to develop a next-generation foundation model for 3D volumetric data, enabling robust classification, segmentation, and quantitative characterisation of multiscale structures across imaging modalities, synchrotron imaging, including X-ray microtomography, electron microscopy, and medical imaging.
