Purpose of the role The Flight Support Manager is responsible for building, leading, and continuously optimizing the Flight Support department to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. The role provides managerial, technical, and procedural oversight of flight support activities, ensuring all routes, aerodromes, aircraft performance data, and regulatory requirements are properly managed and integrated into daily operations.
