We're one of Europe's fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, and we're now looking for a Student Worker to support our wonderful Finance team. This is the role Our Finance team is looking for a proactive, dependable Student Worker to help keep our payroll and accounting systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with our Payroll Manager as part of the Accounting & Control team, providing the administrative backbone for payroll and bookkeeping across 400+ employees in 10 European locations. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility - the kind of work that sharpens your eye for detail and gives you a proper look at how a fast-growing company keeps its finances in order. The role is based at our Copenhagen office and reports to the Payroll Accounting Manager. Your main responsibilities in the role Payroll Data & Validation: Performing data entry and validation of monthly payroll changes, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and absence data. Accounting Support: Preparing payroll journals for accounting and assisting with reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
