At Tryg, we are implementing new Ways of Working and our Nordic Target Operating Model across Business & Technology – and we are looking for two Transformation Managers to help turn ambition into concrete change. About the role | Transformation · Ways of Working · Execution · Implementation · Collaboration You will work from our Target Operating Model and help translate it into tangible changes across Business & Technology. You will work directly with both business and technology leaders, teams and stakeholders to implement the target operating model and address the organizational and operational gaps that arise along the way. You will get close to the actual work: understanding how things work today, identifying what needs to change, designing practical solutions together with the organization and driving those changes through to implementation. Core tasks: Drive the implementation of the Target Operating Model across Business & Technology, turning principles and design into tangible organizational change. Identify gaps between current and target ways of working and drive practical solutions across roles, responsibilities, governance, processes and capabilities.
