You will lead projects from early concept and pilot testing through validation and demonstration, preparing technologies for handover toward industrialization and factory implementation. Your day will involve aligning with engineering teams, production, and internal and external stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, support decisions, and maintain momentum across projects. Typical projects may include robotic solutions for blade manufacturing, digitalization initiatives for data visibility, or AI-supported solutions for quality inspection and process optimization.
